ハンドメイド商品を海外版ネットショップで売ってみました！！今後日本のものが海外で売れるという事が当たり前な時代になると思いそれをさきがけでやりたいと販売を開始しました！

僕たちのやっているpopoloで、海外版ネットショップオープンしました！ついにpopoloの海外版のネットショップをオープンさせることができました！

ネットショップの海外対応が増えてきてる

最近のネットショップは海外対応のものが増えてきています！前紹介した、無料ネットショップ【STORES.jp】でも海外対応というものがある。

英語対応
ストアが自動的に英語に切り替わり、海外販売ができるようになります。

こんなことが簡単にできる時代になりました！！僕たちは翻訳をしていただいてやりましたが、英語などが苦手な方は英語対応したらすぐに海外販売の更新できます。

美濃焼とは？？
美濃焼タイルは、大正3年から始まりました。
美濃焼タイルの根底には1300年を超える焼き物、「美濃焼」の伝統と技がかんじられる作品です。

What is Mino ware?

Mino ware is one of the major traditional Japanese pottery styles from the town of Tajimi in Gifu prefecture. It has more than 1,300 years of history and has been declared as a national treasure by the Japanese government. The Mino ware tile was designed in 1914 using traditional Japanese pottery methods to create modern style tiles which is a product of tradition and the skills passed on through the generations.

そんな美濃焼タイルの伝統と技を現代でもなじめるような作品として仕上げました。

We turn amazing Mino ware tiles into cute modern accessories so you can enjoy and carry a piece of tradition in your day to day life.

アクセサリーはすべて、一つ一つ手作業でつくられ、1つ1つデザインが多少異なる場合がございますがそんな世界で1つのデザインのピアスになっています。

All our products have been hand-crafted one by one by our very own production imaginarium. Please understand that because of the nature of how we make them, you will find that each accessory is authentically different and unique in design.

やきものの産地、美濃地方多治見の美濃焼タイルをはじめ日本では昔ながらのものがどんどん需要が少なくなってきています。

Very sadly we are using less and less traditional Japanese items in Japan and Mino ware is no exception.

今では、お風呂場やトイレなどでタイルを使われる家が極端に少なくなってきていて、どこか寂しさを感じることがあります。
Mino ware tiles were once a commonly used material for bathrooms in Japanese houses. As our culture becomes more westernised through the years, we see less and less of this style of tiles in houses today. It is very sad to see these changes as it seems we are losing our culture and traditions.

そして若い人たちからはタイルの価値がどんどん薄れてきていて昔ながらの品が見られなくなってしまうかもしれない。
As our lifestyle changes, it is obvious that the younger generation does not even know what Mino ware is. The respect and value of the tradition has been declining dramatically and we might not see it in the near future.

そんな伝統文化を新しい形で知ってもらおうという想いで商品を作成しています。

We want people to know that this amazing pottery culture exists and this is our motivation for turning the Mino ware tiles into modern accessories.

新しい形からの町おこし、地域活性に役立つアクセサリーとして新しい命を生み出しています。
By creating new accessories with the local craftsmens we can help regional town revitalise.

今後はさらに地域の活動を深めるために就労支援の方々のお仕事に繋がるような活動を始めました。
We are committed to working with employment support groups that help people with disabilities gain employment.

障がいを持った方でもできることが沢山あり伝統品と就労支援の皆様の架け橋として、popoloがあるような存在になっていきたいと考えております。
It can be difficult for people with disabilities to find jobs as not many companies are willing to offer positions to them. However, we believe in providing opportunities for everyone and we hope that through outsourcing our shipping we can be a bridge between the traditional japanese pottery culture and employment support groups.

At popolo we do not have our own shipment team therefore we work with an organisations which provide employment to people with disabilities to process our shipping requirements.

今後の目標としてはメディアに取り上げていただき地域のことや就労支援のことを、日本にとどまらず海外にも広げていきたいと考えています。
Our goal in the near future is to be featured in popular media to reach out to more people in understanding and supporting people with disabilities in Japan and countries all around the world.
